Windows8: What is new ControlPanel(Settings) in windows8

In control panel or settings you can find below options

Personalize: - This is for back ground picture

Lock Screen, Start Screen, Account Picture

You can change background of Lock Screen, Start Screen, and Account Picture.

Users: Two types of users accounts available

A). Online Accounts- Hotmail user id required to login or Microsoft related websites mail id required.

Users can login any were in a LAN.They can access apps, Desktop picture, Taskbar configurations.

b).Local Account: This is normal account (You cannot login multiple computers with Local Account)

Why Microsoft does created two types of accounts, Think

Because

Light weight devices got more market compare to desktops

While journey you can use your tablet to browse internet by using Online Account

After came to office login by using Local Account.

You can see Sign-in options

Change your passwords

Create Picture password

What is this Picture password ?????????????, Not understood right
